Payment methods

1.1 Payment by debit / credit card

In our eShop you can complete your purchases securely by using any debit / credit card Visa, Visa Electron και Mastercard. Your card details are not disclosed to us. The process is very simple following the steps when completing the order. The user of the card is solely responsible for the correct filling of the required data, for the correct use of the card and explicitly acknowledges that the company bears no responsibility for its proper use. The customer must be the holder of the debit / credit card used for the respective transaction.

1.2. Payment via PayPal

In our eShop you can complete your purchases by using a Paypal account, paying either with the outstanding balance o f the account or by directly crediting the debit / credit card that you keep connected to it. The process is very simple following the steps when completing the order. The customer must be the holder of the Paypal account used for the respective transaction while explicitly acknowledges that the company bears no responsibility for its proper use.

1.3 Payment by cash on delivery

In our online store you can complete your purchases through the cash on delivery method. Your products are shipped through the courier company to the delivery address you specified when ordering. The price is paid in cash upon receipt of the parcel by the customer. The method of cash on delivery is provided with an additional charge of € 1.50 and it explicitly offered only for destinations within Greece

1.4 Payment by Bank Transfer 

In our eShop you can complete your purchases with the method of direct Bank Transfer. In order to provide you with the best service, please mention your order number in the appropriate reasoning field and send us the relevant proof of payment to the email address info@cannalaborganics.gr with subject of Proof of Bank Transfer. The products are shipped to you as soon as the transfer is completed and our account is updated with the relevant amount. Please note that this method involves the possibility of delays as well as additional charges. Any additional transfer charges are charged by the customer's bank and are borne by him.
