1 - Can I place an order by phone?
You can place your order by phone at +30 210 5151251 and +30 210 2445000. Our call center is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. Phone orders are paid only by cash on delivery. Unfortunately this service in unavailable for international shipments.
2 - Is the creation of a personal account necessary for the registration of an order?
No it is not. In order to place your order you can either create an account or continue as a "Guest".
3 - My order is a gift. Is there a possibility for gift packaging?
In case your order is intended for a gift, we offer you a gift packaging service with an additional charge of € 1.00 per package.

8 - Is it possible to send an order free of shipping costs?
Yes all orders over 35€ are dispatched for free.The offer excludes same day delivery service, which is still provided with an additional cost of 2.5€
9 - What should I do if I cannot track the shipment via my tracking number?

10 - What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
In this case please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a picture of the damaged good along with your contact details and a representative of our company will contact you shorty.
11 - What payment options do I have ??

12 - What should I do if my payment is rejected?
Do not worry, we assure you that your card will not be charged. If unsure just contact the customer service department and we will look into it.
13 - What should I do if I am charged twice or if I am not sure I was charged?

14 - What happens if I am absent upon delivery of my order?
Orders are delivered with a courier company. If you are absent then the courier company will make two more delivery attempts in the coming days. If the goods are not delivered in any of the three attempts then they will be returned to our company. In this case please contact us to arrange for alternate delivery method.
15 - What should I do if my order does not arrive on the expected date?
