1. Delivery of parcels

The order is exclusively handed to the buyer, who is solely responsible for the cost and transportation of the products. In some cases, the customer may be required to provide proof of personal identity or passport and / or the debit / credit card with which the purchase was made to the courier. In these cases, the carrier will certify the identity of the recipient with the buyer details indicated by the customer at cannalaborganics.gr during his order.

2. Discreet Packaging

Delivery with discreet packaging is available when the customer wishes to receive his package in a box that does not bear any Cannalab Organics logos and relevant references in the parcels contents.

3. Shipping and cash on delivery costs

Shipping and cash on delivery costs are borne exclusively by the customer and are displayed upon completion of the order. As part of our commercial policy, the company may send its products free of charge when a certain amount of products has been added in the cart or as part of other promotional actions.

Shipping costs to Greek destinations are € 3 and the cost of cash on delivery service is additional  € 1,5. For purchases over 35 € all orders are eligible for FREE Shipping. In addition, for orders within Attica that have been registered before 12:00 noon, it is possible to choose delivery on the same day at an additional cost of 2.5 €

For shipments to Cyprus:

Orders in Cyprus are sent exclusively via ELTA and the shipping cost is 6 € for packages up to 0.5kg, at € 12 packages from 0.5kg up to 2kg. For heavier packaging the cost is € 22.

The shipping method is registered tracked shipping  with tracking code and the parcel is delivered only with the signature of the recipient.

Delivery time in Cyprus is from 4-7 days

For shipments to Europe

Shipments of orders to European countries are sent exclusively through ELTA and the shipping cost is € 8 for packages up to 0.5kg, at € 14,5 packages from 0.5kg up to 2kg. For heavier packaging the cost is € 25.

The shipping method is registered parcel with tracking code and the parcel is delivered only with the signature of the recipient.

For shipments to Asia and America

Shipments of orders to countries of Asia and America are sent exclusively through ELTA and the shipping cost is 9 € for packages up to 0.5kg, at € 18 packages from 0.5kg up to 2kg. For heavier packaging the cost is 32 €.

The shipping method is registered parcel with tracking code and the parcel is delivered only with the signature of the recipient.
